Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout is completed.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and accepted, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

Payments must be completed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

EKAK currently offers prepaid payment only.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfillment.

We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
Technical errors
Other circumstances where fulfillment is not reasonably possible

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through an appropriate payment method.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or fulfilled. After this cancellation window, cancellation may no longer be available through our standard cancellation process.

Any applicable cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by you at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Delivery times shown on the website or provided during checkout are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, operational disruptions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside EKAK's reasonable control.

9. Returns and Replacements

Our Return & Replacement Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

EKAK does not currently accept returns or replacements simply because a customer has changed their mind.

Eligible returns or replacements may be available for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description, subject to the conditions and procedure set out in our Return & Replacement Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

All content appearing on the EKAK website, including but not limited to:

Brand names
Graphics
Designs
Text

is owned by or licensed to EKAK, unless otherwise stated.
